He married Anna Mae on June 6th, 1959 and the couple raised four children together. Upon his return home, he began working for Ford Motor Company. Raymond proudly served his country during the Korean War until his Honorable Discharge. After graduating from Bethel Evangelical Lutheran School in 1946, he enlisted in the United States Army. He was born on July 10, 1931, in Detroit, Michigan to Walter and Alma Dereniak. He then returned to the University of Michigan to complete his MBA. After graduating, he worked at Toss Ross in Detroit for two years. He attended the University of Michigan and received his bachelor’s degree in accounting. David was preceded in death by this parents Henry “Hank” and Sylvia Parse and his brother Gary Parse.ĭave grew up in Detroit, and attended DeLasalle Catholic High School where he led his varsity basketball team.
